Our 'Pastry Talks' are all about savoring the joy of desserts, one pastry at a time.

Each session features lively conversation, delicious tastings, and inspiring recipes. For our very first gathering, Justine will introduce her famous choux craquelin!

She’s whipping up special flavors (classic Italian Mascarpone and Bourbon Vanilla bean, Tonka bean Chocolate, and Praline Almond) just for this occasion—don’t miss it!

And to celebrate the launch of our pastry talks, a glass of bubbles will be served to make this event even sweeter!
