Celebrate the holiday season with us at our annual traditional Christmas dinner! This cherished event will take place at Moulin’s famous and typically French restaurant, Bouillon. Don’t miss this opportunity to come together, enjoy a delicious meal, and share the warmth of the season with friends and fellow Francophiles!

This year, you can make the evening even more special by inviting your French teacher as your guest. By supporting an additional entrance fee, you’ll show your gratitude and appreciation for their dedication and support.

• Time: From 7pm
• Location: Bouillon
• Price : $75 for members; +$10 for non-members. $100 rush tickets (past Tues. December 3)

Escargots (Garlic, almond, hazelnut butter)

Plateau de charcuterie & fromages (Chef’s selection of French cheese and charcuteries)

Tarte Soleil (tomate & moutarde) (Traditional Provence style tarte)

Saumon Ratatouille (Pan seared salmon served with traditional Ratatouille)

Boeuf Bourguignon (Classic beef stew, carrots, peal onions, mushrooms and parpadelle pasta)

Risotto aux cèpes (Arborio rice, wild mushroom blend (porcini, cremini, shitake), white wine, Mascarpone cheese, chives, Parmesan cheese)

Tarte tropézienne (Brioche cake with Crème patissière, orange zest, Grand Marnier liquour)

Entremets au chocolat-noisette (Chocolate sponge, hazelnut praline Feuilletine, creamy chocolate , candied hazelnuts, milk chocolate mousse, dark chocolate ganache, milk chocolate glaze)
