THIS CLASS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLINE WITH ZOOM

A link will be sent to join the class

Learn new vocabulary, slang words and phrases, and then watch the episodes it was taken from!

About the TV Show : Kaamelott is a French comedy medieval television series created, directed and written by Alexandre Astier, who also stars as the main character. Based on the Arthurian legends, it follows the daily lives of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table in Camelot. While the series takes place in the 5th century, it uses modern language and situations to create a humorous view of the Arthurian legend.

How it works: The vocabulary will be sent in advance. We strongly recommend reading it and getting familiar with before the workshop. We will go over the vocabulary together during the workshop if you have any questions. After studying the vocabulary, we will watch the episode together, once all the way through, slowed down and with French subtitles. We will then watch it a second time, pausing it regularly to explain the situations and translate when necessary.

In French - Advanced level - B2/C1

This workshop follows the slang workshop that took place on September 24.
