Learn how to make une crème anglaise et des madeleines, online with Zoom. It’s a smooth vanilla-flavoured cream (made of milk and eggs) that you may eat on its own, with a meringue to form a “floating island” or with a dessert, such as a chocolate cake. We will also teach you how to cook des madeleines to go with your cream!
