Entrées: Canard à L’Orange (Duck confit, orange sauce, caramelized onions with fingerling potatoes, asparagus) OR Truite Amandine (Fresh water trout, baby cabbage, Tokyo turnips, lemon-almond butter sauce and slivered toasted almonds)
