COOKING CLASS: LA BRANDADE DE MORUE

Learn how to make une brandade de morue, online with Zoom. This mediterranean hot dish is an emulsion of salt cod, olive oil and sometimes potatoes, in which you can dip bread. You can also add lemon juice and dried herbs to give it a fresher taste!
