Learn how to make un bœuf bourguignon, online with Zoom. It consists of a beef strew braises in red Burgundy garnished with carrots, onions, garlic herbs, mushrooms and bacon. Add a side plate of potatoes and you’ll have the complete traditional Sunday dish.
