We are happy to organize a pastry class with our partner Stéphane Tréand at the Pastry School. Join us to learn how to bake fruit tartlets ("tartelettes aux fruits").

The Pastry School is M.O.F. Chef Stéphane Tréand’s premiere pastry school. This unique, extensive school will teach you what you need to learn about pastry, baking, and confectionery arts. Come, Chef Stéphane Tréand, himself, will teach anyone and everyone! Located in the beautiful SoCo Collection & The OC Mix in Costa Mesa, next-door to Chef Stéphane Tréand's pastry shop, ST Pâtisserie Chocolat!

Price is $60 for members & $75 for non-members.
